Healthy Diet

We all want to remain healthy and try to eat the right kind of food But our tongue sometimes rules the roost and lets down our stomach

When it comes to me I am guilty of giving into my craving for sweets and that explains why I am a little over weight. The stomach is not happy about it

I tend to go more for supplements to make up for what I lose in my food.

I also have a sweet teeth for junk food but am seriously trying to control it, and i am involving myself in various healthy activities to help as well.

I also have moments of cravings and I often eat snacks rather than healthy food as is appropriate. Sometimes I eat fruits and veggies, but there are times when I eat chips or sweets and that remains a guilty pleasure. As for supplements, I only take them a few times to help balance my body, but the truth is that discipline is what remains tricky. Everyone has their own struggle. The important thing is to try to maintain balance and listen to your body so that you don't get too stressed.

We all have cravings for particular foods (sweets, salty...) every now and then and that is a normal thing. When i crave for something sweet I eat a piece of dark chocolate our eat a sweet fruit, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't ...
