Do you like water with lemon?

Not at all. I hate it when restaurants stick a slice of lemon on the edge of the glass and even worse if they drop it right in. I send them back for a clean glass with no lemon. I never buy those little bottles of water that add to the giant litter problem.

I have a filtration system installed on my kitchen sink and always filter my water at home. I have been monitoring my monthly drinking water supply for several months and seem to average out to something around 12.5 gallons each month. Just plain water is my preferred beverage.

I have a big sun tea jar in my refrigerator that I fill up with water (no tea) every day with water out of the kitchen sink.

Then I fill up sports bottles with such water for throughout the day and evening.

My favourite soft drink is locally prepared with the name of Pakola, this is available in many flavour.

I have lost liking for any soft drink but if its offered then its not good to deny lol

This subject is a bit outdated since last posted.

I now drink diet Sam's cola.

For iced coffee, I either mix with ice cubes and hot chocolate to create an authentic iced mocha. If not, I mix with ice cubes and honey and cinnamon.

But everything else? It has got to have lemon. Such lemon keeps myself healthy. My family physician is impressed since I last saw him. He has taken myself off of one medicine and working on taking myself off of another! Yay!

I would prefer Mountain Dew or Sprite as these are not as sweet as other soft drinks are or at least they don't taste sweet

During every shopping trip to the dollar store, they always have Faygo cola. I have never had any. So, today, I bought some out of curiosity. I totally forgot to think of the calories. I was like a kid in a candy store. Unfortunately, when I got home I figured out my stupidity and realized that I forgot to consider calories. I looked on myfitnesspal.com and found out that there are 150 calories in one can. Oh gosh... Now what do I do?

I try to avoid soft drinks at any cost but in case I need to have then I go for Mountain dew but my favorite is coconut water

When I do not feel very good, I drink a can or 2 and feel better.

diet Coke is expensive so I need to drink sparingly.

Coconut water is expensive, even at the local dollar store. I would love to have some.
