I have been weighing myself just before and just after I finished my morning routine. I have been surprised to note I lost just over a pound each time. Just curious if anyone else has ever weighed the difference.

It's normal for weight to fluctuate by up to 5 pounds (up or down) from one day to the next. It doesn't mean you are doing anything wrong. https://www.healthline.com/health/weight-fluctuation
