My co-pay is not so bad, but my daughter, had to go to the ER, she works and has her own medical insurance. Her co-pay was $250 , oh my gosh... way too much, they didn't help her much she is still not feeling right, must go see the doctor , and pay more money.

I hate the medical plans we have here, the fees, and medications are very expensive, I can understand why people choose to not go seek medical attention.

That sounds terrible! I'm not too sure what "co-pay" means. Luckily I have access to free state medical facilities here, and also the option of having private medical cover. The monthly payments towards the private cover are not bad, and they do cover for most things. I like to have access to both because sometimes I feel I don't have to spend too much money, if it's something that's not all that serious.

A Co pay here is a fee you pay out of pocket, my daughter works and gets coverage from her job, they will only pay a percentage of her medical, so when she goes to see a doctor her cost is $40 a visit, and she pays for medications, her visits are not free.
