If that person is reliable, it is good. However, one has to be careful and that is why I prefer using Apps and Websites.
Besides, I once had transferred some amount to a friend of mine. He gave that to another "expert" who invested that in BTC for good profits.
That was 2017-18.
However, down one year, that "expert" stopped taking calls from my friend and both mine and my friend's hard earned money, albeit a small amount went up in air.
From that day, I learnt a hard lesson. So just an advice. Be good towards a genuine friend or guide but be cautious as well.

Ether has a strong use case in Financial Segment. Yes, it has been kind of stagnant over the last few years but still has a good scope for more adoption in different facets of the Financial Segment.
