Our org launched its Youtube portal with first video of introduction by the Chairman.
But problem of subtitles is occurred, hearing impaired still needs subtitles, and I have to understand making video with subs.
Do you know any way?
How to add subtitles on VIdeo?
Any app that add subtitles while making video? (editable subs, so that we can edit the misspelled word).

Before Youtube have community captions, where fans make your captions in different languages but they removed it. Now you have to do it manually or hire someone from Fiverr.

If you don't want to do things manually, Hire someone from fiverr but that is like 5 to 10 dollars.

Before reading your post, I completed it myself, it was a bit hard but then become easy to do.

Sometimes I look for subtitles on different videos but don't find one as the publisher hasn't added but I feel it's important and should be added to every video

I once devoted 3 hours to make a .srt file, where I created subtitles for a video.
One has to write subtitles for something said over a period of time.
For e.g-
[00:00-04:00] xyz.... :
Next for
[04:03-05:00] and so on.
But yes, it is a tedious way of doing so. May be we have some Apps as well which do the same.

Our all videos will come up with subtitles, right now I started with Hindi, we will also include other languages (including sign language) in future.

Youtube creator studio has section for adding the subtitle later too. I think doing this on your own is a good thing. as you have control over content.

I did that, video was uploaded without subtitles, later I added it after learning, this was a good experience.
Now I am thinking about adding two subtitles at same time - English and Hindi.
