I'm also looking for some solar powerbank since I travel from time to time I need it badly, I remember my solar phone, its really a good buddy during a long travel, as long as the sun is present I can never be out of battery.

I just know that there is an solar power bank well thats good so that we can charge it through the heat of the sun like if we travel with a place with no electric solar power bank is very useful.

I also had that experience before - a solar charger for the cellphone. But it turned out to be only a decoration since it was not really charging at all.

I have never tried buying a powerbank but I have seen a power bank with solar panels. I don't know if it works lol. I'm skeptical with the brand name. Haven't you tried buying online or checking out online?

Haha. I had a solar power torch. It was fine at first and started getting worse. Then it just stopped. So I took it apart. Turns out, it was not a solar powered one but had a battery and the solar panel was just a piece of plastic stuck to the case. Made in China.

Yes I too have heard about solar power bank but the cost may be some what expensive than the normal power banks. Now Amazon and ebay are selling solar power banks of different capacities. I too need a power bank to my cell phone, so I wish normal power bank for the time being
