There are always difference ways of saving money with each little things we want to do. it is just to find them out then adopt them . if you want to be saving money while having your hair cut you can do the following:

Start by Switching to a cheaper salon, if the present salon price isn't competitive enough.

Go ahead to keep your haircut simple but classy you would pay less and money saved.

Try to allow for more time in-between haircuts so that you don't spend so much on haircut to save money

You can save money when you trim your own bangs

Don't ignore looking for Groupon deals around town. You would be having the service for less

These are good tips to ponder if wanting to save money. As of now, I am still wearing long hair. I sometimes call it 'corona hair' because I did not have my haircut for more than 3 years now.

A friend of mine does it (but she cannot help: she hasn't a single penny to pay for the hairdresser), but she is so lucky to have very straight hair. If she had curly or worst, frizzy hair, she'd be in serious troubles to cut her own hair

I go to a Japanese franchised hair cutting salon to have my haircut. Their fee is really low, and service is great. They charge only US$7 for haircut vs $25 charged by other hairdressing salon. The only difference is the Japanese franchised salon doesn't provide hair washing service which is fine with me.

Buy an electric razor for 10 dollars and shave it yourself, Or grow your hair long and sport a Jesus look.

Wash your own hair before going to the salon instead of paying them extra to wash it for you. Sometimes this tip doesn't work for some people, especially if you have thick coarse hair that needs to be fairly wet when cut, but if you can do it, it can save a lot of money on a haircut.

There is no hairstyle that is classy and simple nowadays. I think this is one expenses that you can't avoid. Only option is a cheaper saloon which doesn't exist any longer.

For some guys, razor gives them rash bumps all over their faces which is not ideal.

He was talking about using it to shave your hair off, not shave your face.

Lately, I'm learning how to cut my own hair (before than this year, I was yet able to cut my fringe and the hair in the back), in spite they aren't straight. I'm choosing haircuts that are easy to maintain and no need to go to the hairdresser every month.

Yes, and this month I skipped the hairdressers' appointment, as I'm doing the job. Before, I supposed it was impossible to completely cut my own hair, as they aren't straight (but they become straight when short), but despite the mishap, I'm sticking with this craft.

Cut your hair extremely low, so it would take time before you would need to visit the salon.

Near my place we have salons that offer training, one can get a free haircut when the trainees cut your hair.
Keep an eye out for discounts, promotions, or loyalty programs offered by salons or barber shops.
