I like the HP, but this brand has disappointed me a bit lately. For now I do not need to buy a laptop, but I was thinking about the Samsung as the next brand of laptops ... but depends on promotions. I always analyze the quality / price.
I choose the brands also for the technical assistance. In Portugal the HP support is good. At least I never had problems ...

I never used to place much importance on brands. I think we used Samsung for a good while until my husband decided he needed an iMac. When he bought that, I just couldn't get over how much Apple products are heads and shoulders above the rest. I then quickly got my first MacBook. That's it, for me there's Apple and then there are "others". Once you've used Apple, you won't ever want to go back!

Custom built computers are always the best. You can control the kinds of parts that are going into the machine and tailor it to your needs.

With pre-built computers, they often use dirt cheap power supplies and low quality hard drives.

As every one is the best one and have some good and bad points but is depend up on you that which one you like as i am liking the DELL and i use it for a long time

I personally can vouch for an apple laptop although it is of a different operating system. You can actually put windows in it if you want to. It is durable and worth every penny. I still have a working apple laptop that is already around 8-7 years old. I totally agree, once you buy an apple laptop you just can't buy another one.

I'm a big fan of Apple. I've had other brands and truthfully my Mac has held up, no issues unless my other computers.

I would personally go with Apple in the first place then Sony because I have those two for many years now and still works so well.

There are HP, Toshiba, Dell, Apple, Acer, Samsung, Asus and lot of other brands of computers/laptops in the market.

I have an HP Pavilion G6 and I am quite happy with it so far. Before I had an Asus which I find to be a very reliable brand. Anyway if I could afford now I would buy a laptop from Apple because Mac OS e more stable than windows and their computers last for a long time, plus I would get rid of that virus headache I get with Windows PC's.

id say HP. ive had this one for a while and its been pretty good. out of all the brands of laptops ive owned this one is the one im most happy about excluding my macbook pro

If your choice is based on a specific budget means you may choose Dell otherwise Apple which is a higher in prises but a very good for its worth.

I think Dell is the best brand for now after Apple ofcourse but the most important thing is the performance of the laptop for example if i'am supposed to choose between an Apple Mackbook with I5 processor and Dell with I7 and Nvidia external graphic card _ first you need to know why you're going te by the laptop ? Gaming ? Watching Movies ? Browsing ? .. Then you pick the best choice for you
