Most people my age who are married are currently suffering with the inflation. I am single and my parents had pressured me to marry multiple times and I declined because I do not want to waste my 20s trying to raise children. I want to spend my 20s trying to get rich, Live a fun bachelor lifestyle and be free from responsibilities. A lot of people starts getting married on their 30s and 40s where they are more financially stable and mentally mature. My cousin who got married at age 17 is crying from financial problems right now and asked me to lend him some cash.

I know there are some women who wants to get married on their 20s because women's fertility is limited but if your career is doing well, You will be rich enough to preserve your eggs and hire a surrogate.

Not really, If you are financially secure age doesnt matter. My highschool batchmates lives in poverty and I don't. Also with all the technology available right now to slow down aging, It is becoming less of a worry. Janet Jackson becomes a mom at 50 and her kid is financially secure. So is George Clooney who is still in good health. I have no vices so I know I can live up to 100. I will also homeschool my future kids so they will graduate highschool much earlier.

I don't think that there is a correct age to get married. You should get married when you are ready for it... physically, mentally, emotionally and definitely financially. Some people achieve it at young age while others might keep struggling till late age and even in their forties.
I have seen young couples married in their mid twenties doing pretty well in their life. My marriage is one such example.
But definitely I would not be in favour of teen marriages. Most of them are impulsive actions. People need to mature enough go go ahead with the responsibility of marriage.

Some parents are in a rush to get their teens married because of their abstinence belief. They rather have their kids married as virgins than letting their kids be financially stable.

I think teens must be at school and finish their studies and not to leave school to be married and raising children who struggle with extreme poverty, forced in their turn to only accept informal (even illegal) underpaid jobs to carry on a miserable life. During their 20s it could be different (at least, High School is over and there is the possibility to find a discreet job), especially during the last 20s, when university is finished. And I also think it's not that burden to abstain: it's truly possible to marry as virgins at whatever age. Unlike the animals, human being is gifted with reasoning to not act only by instinct.

Get married on 20s is very popular here at the moment, for teens who already have their financial freedom maybe this is a good thing, but some that I've seen are still having trouble surviving, not to mention that most of them immediately decide to have children after getting married at a very young age

i think after 30 marriage is good as we becomes financially independent and also mature enough to handle things.. sometime early marriage becomes problem as we are not enough mature to handle things. as age grows up our responsibility increases
