Some call it as future food and others call it super food. Some even tell that this is the best way to safe guard to your crops to eat the insects! There are a few places in the world where cricket flour is considered as a nutritious food ingredient.

Personally, I don't eat non-veg as I am a vegan.

I only know and tried 2 types of insects. the locusts and white ants. I agree that they are wonderful.

I definitely don't eat insects. But in Pampanga some people like the CRICKETS. They stir fry them and it eat.

I think I would rather stick pins in my eyes! lol. I used to watch people on I'm a Celebrity do the bush tucker trials and think how hideous it looked and wondered how they could ever enter knowing they might have to do this ... retch ..

That is quite common in Asia, right? In Europe, not so much. But I wouldn't mind trying. Fried or grilled. They look crunchy. However I wouldn't try larvae and the juicy ones.

I actually read an article that if only people become more open-minded in eating insects, food scarcity would be resolved. I haven't tried eating insects, though. Especially the ones that are squishy and still has innards in it! I would probably try if it is deep fried, crunchy and doesn't have weird aftertaste.

Oh wow, insects? Nah, it's not something I'd want to do at all. I think my stomach would turn. Plus I'd feel bad for poor little critters. Is there even a point? I mean, how many would you have to eat to feel full, unless it's just a little snack?!

I never ate insects, do not know if it was able to prove ... if insects were alive I could not eat them, but they were prepared I think I was able to give them a bite
