I do not like both . My favourite food is Holige made of maida , coconut and jaggery. It looks more or less like sweet paratha and can be eaten with milk or ghee

Pizzas are definitely a better choice compared to burgers. But given a choice i would choose something healthier like hot steamed Idlis which don't harm your stomach.
