I myself haven't actually use it since I don't own any blog. In return, let me do some extensive research for this said SEO tools.

From what I heard, this SEO tool is legitimate and stable, however it is not good as it was used to be. The recent users have complained the results are negligible and close to zero, which is quite bad. The most shocking truth can be found below, which conclusively revealed how this tool technically work:

There maybe improvement this year, so I can't really condemn this tool. If only there's more review or feedback regarding LinkCollider that I can found online...

Linkcollider has 3.8 ratings on Trustpilot, along with some good and bad reviews. The bad ones suggest that it's good for only autosurf and nothing else.

Right now, Trustpilot has given Linkcollider a 3.8 ratings. There are some 5 star reviews, but there also bad ones which says it's not that good for SEO work, what it's good at is only the autosurfing part.

This is not an SEO tool. It is a traffic exchange and social exchange site, where you can buy or earn credits and you can use those credits to deliver traffic to your site or build followings on your site. Adsense does not like a site that uses a traffic exchange tool for traffic.
