Sometimes people don't look outside of their circle for other options. Even when the thing keeps getting worse they'll keep going back to the same place to get it better. Could it be that these stars don't know they can get better service elsewhere? Hmmm!

Racism might be a factor too, They rather trust an incompetent American than a Korean who makes a great job. Korean surgeons have better experience because 80% of their population had surgery so they larger customer pool gives them more experience. Meanwhile American doctors have lesser patients. So their experience is not as good.

I believe privacy plays a factor. Actors/actresses who have had plastic surgery probably all use the same couple of surgeons because those surgeons know to keep their mouths shut. They can't trust other surgeons because they might say something.

I didn't want to mix her up in this and especially because as you said, that's the woman's natural look (and on her it's just hot). I almost told you everyone wants (wanted) to be Angelina but you already knew. Like, what happened to wearing your own mouth! Lol. Have you noticed any similarities with Donatella? There has been no direct confirmation of that kind of work being done but it doesn't look far from those that came out like Kim's.

The one that stands out in my mind is the late Pete Burns from the band Dead or Alive. He was a good looking guy before all the surgery but looked quite hideous after and despite this he carried on and spent his life savings on various procedures. I can't find where the surgery was done but I still think it's relative to this thread and shows how incompetent some surgeons can be.

That's a drastic change. My gosh, from that to this. And something else that baffles me is this V for Vendetta (the movie) look that so many of them end up with. Anybody else notices this? The finished product has this silly grin effect. Lol. You know what I mean? It's that face where you don't know if it's a smile or a frown.

Hollywood surgeons just ruin the faces of their clients, they so lack the great skills the south korean industry have.
