Yeah, I think it goes as per the BMF shop rules. You can withdraw $2 of BCH maybe 2 or 3 times. You are given a choice there to place how many of the $2 BCH you want.

Yeah also maybe when he doesnt have funds in the requested payment method. But only thing we can do is to wait till 25th of every month , but in 80% cases , payments are made in 2 days.
