I currently do not eat red meat, but I'm not quite a vegetarian yet. Just prior to eliminating red meat from my diet, I had discovered the wonders of bison meat; very high in protein, very low in fat, much healthier than beef.
Nowadays I will eat the occasional turkey and chicken, but I really try to keep it to a minimum. I am really trying to become a vegetarian, but it's not as easy as it seems; at least not for me anyway.
