Hello I to help keep fit and exercise a little the muscles do race by the sea about 15 minutes and are good walks also get to do the walk hits 2/3 km per day and also even at home love to dance

I have dabbled around in pretty much all the major sports, but I fell in love with basketball at a early age. Played throughout high school and a few years in college. Not only is it fun, but it's my main source of exercise even today.

I'm not a sports person. I only played sports for Physical Education in high school which was netball, some baseball and track and field.

If I will be given a chance to play again, I would choose to play in a volleyball team. I am a frustrated volleyball during high school. I joined the year level team and did not continue to play after I was hit in the head. I played with my friends but not in an actual court.

i play chess with my cousin and i always lose with him because he is already 2 times school champion.

I'm not really sporty, but I do like to keep fit. I mainly do that through walking and aerobics. I don't like high impact workouts because I'm lazy LOL
