Some of my co-workers and supervisors I have worked with over the years, I think were genuinely sad to see me leave but wished me the best. But there was one manager in particular who did not say one word to me. For all of those years I worked for him, I told my late husband that he didn't even say "Good bye" or anything. My husband said "Maybe he has something to hide." I thought: 'I don't know and I don't care.' All I know is I felt confident in my decision to leave and also relief. I have never felt sorry that I left. If they asked me to return, I would graciously decline the offer.

Some rot in a situation that gives them nightmares every day as they are not confident of getting another job but you proved otherwise.

Great article! I love what you said about no wrong gets unnoticed. Just like good deeds done in secret will one day get rewarded in the open, so does bad deeds, which will be worse for the guilty party. Anything you do, good or bad has a reward but seems most people forget this

You are right. It works both ways. I have experienced it If I do something good to someone help comes from the most unexpected sources.

Their memory becomes crystal clear when their bad deeds get exposed and they receive their "reward". ;)

I only wish it does. A case in point is my maid. She will not admit her fault and nor does she think what she gets is because of her behaviour. Some are studdon as..ses.

That is true. There are some people who will never ever ever admit they did wrong. They always find someone else to blame.

Finally it is for their own good if they admit their fault. After all to err is human.

This expression always sort of bothered me and I'll tell you why. To err or commit an error make a mistake, kind of indicates that you did not have intent, i.e. that you meant to do wrong. With some folks, it's not an error or mistake. THEY KNOW THEY'RE WRONG! And when they caught red-handed THEY REFUSE TO OWN UP! I'm talking about those kind of people. They should have a guilty conscience BUT THEY DON'T!!!

When it becomes a habit I suppose they see no wrong in doing what they do.
