Sorry to say but you are wrong. Go back through this thread and review my comments. They are browser extensions that have been created to let you post to Instagram via your desktop or laptop. I do! It's just that lately I have not been active on Instagram because my Tumblr keep me busy. Sometimes though I share from my Instagram to my Tumblr. Lots of people do that too.

You can use the hootesuite that would be helpful for the scheduling. As for desktop based instagram, I am not sure of how that would work out.

I would have loved aswel to use thst but from the post I think its not possible to access Instagram on a laptop and desktop.Butbtge other way is to use a big screen for your worknlije a tablet for easy navigation abdcstill you will still face limitations.

I have found that it is easier to post first to Instagram and then share my IG post via other social media. I share my IG posts to Tumblr. Twitter, Pinterest and Facebook.
