I forgot to mention. It helps to simply be a good neighbor.
cmoneyspinner wrote:The neighbors in our apartments rarely speak. On the plus side they also do not harass or cause trouble. They are quiet and keep to themselves. If they are out and happen to see you they will speak and be courteous. The neighbors that have been friendly towards me have been very genuine. Being in apartments though, our neighbors come and go very quickly. We get new neighbors on a regular basis.
