Yeah, many users joins and Fergal can't handle that much, I think that's the reason :/

I completely understand that this update had to be done but could we have a change?

CGT - Computers, Gaming & Technology : 3 ForumCoin per topic and per post

In my opinion, CGT needs to be paid with the same amount of FC like Webmaster and BMW Forum.

I think the rates were better as before 5 ForumCoins in Webmaster and BMW Forum. I think elite members should not be disadvantaged by spammers or fake users. One way to combat this would be instead of Fergal withdraw reputation, remove ForumCoins example 30 ForumCoins per spam or incomplete answer.

The decrease is not only to reduce the motivation to post spam, it also reduces the amount we payout to make it more financially affordable to run this forum.

We do already give out many official warnings daily for pointless posts that come with a 50 ForumCoin penalty although in most cases it does seem to do very little to make users change their way.

Guys stop paying here. This is getting out of control. So much spammers, people writing in other languages. You have to stop paying for a certain period of time. And the spammers and kids will go away. Then you can go back to the 25 posts and 5 points per post. Please do that, I don't like this community anymore, it doesn't give me pleasure... Or you have nice moderators or I will leave... Because there are people posting one or 2 words without any sense and they win the same amount as I do, other guys post in other languages and win the coins... I don't know fergal + cyber... but if I were you I would stop paying for a short period...

I don't know if the admins are going to read this but the true is this: for 3 cents a post people feel the necessity of posting here because it's so easy to get that 3 cents for posting useless words and replies to the OP (sometimes it doesn't make anysense). So if you stop paying the spammer will go away because they are only interested in the money and are turning this forum in one of the worst in what concerns to spam...

If we don't pay for a while, we will also lose some good members which we also don't want. We have had many moderator applications and we will be announcing 1 or more moderators in the near future to help moderate. At the end of the day, the spammers will not gain anything. It does sometimes take a while for us to notice but when we do, we can easily take forumcoin from the user to punish them. Also with manual cashouts, it allows us to see the post quality of each user.

The number of spam posts aswell as the pace this forum is growing does make it hard hard for us to deal with every post but please report any you see and we do occasionally reward users who do report posts on a regular basis.

Ty Cyber. Currently I am not happy with this situation because I put some effort into my posts so we can attract new members and mantain the good quality, and there are users that post useless replies and win the same as I do, and they are doing this for more than 2/3 weeks. I wouldn't mind to moderate this forum during this month, I would be very happy to clean most of the spammers...

Thanks for your support and your offer to help bluegreen. One thing you could do for us right now is to report - How to Report a Post - any low quality posts you see on the forum. That way we will find and deal with them much quicker.
