You know it's not too late, lol. After all this is still a public group :D I don't think they will concern themselves too much with what you are doing when you call off unless you presented some bizarre stories. And probably the most they'd be doing is laughing. If you have the habit of abusing the PTO then that's something else.

I always went to my job properly, even when I was sick. I never made fake excuses. Once my employer even sent me back home because I was so sick and I was feeling really bad I couldn't even stand properly.

I'm not too bad at this lol trust me. I can easily put an impression like that and they can feel that I'm I'll and that's why not at work and it's fine as long as I'm not taking more than one off lol

Oh wow, I wouldn't think twice about taking the time off if I were in that shape. Some workers are very dedicated, I know but still the health is important too. Your employer was good for what he did.

This happened once with me when I was very sick and they sent me back home and allowed 2 days off.

I know, I really hate being sick, I mean who doesn't, but I always try to do everything as I usually do. That time it was really bad so I was very grateful to my employer.

First of all, do not add your co-workers in your social media  because they peek your whereabouts and stalk you. Second, i think if you call on sick, you are really sick and resting, not checking the social media. Third, my answer for that, I do take a break. I do take a break when I am sick and rest at home. Sometimes I do not have a mood to go in the office because physically and emotionally I am not ready, I think I will not function the way I normally do so I do not go to work.
