The buyers. Not a lot of people are out there to buy the notes because notes are not something selling a lot as a business. Why? No idea.

Try to register in Guru.com....They has a client who looks for writer and offer a good amount.

That's the issue that I have right now. No regular clients and mostly struggling to even get 1 per month. So kind of slow days.

at past time, I make 7 gigs in fiverr and get two to three jobs and done 5 stars from their feedbacks ,then many jobs that I can't afford, then some give me 1 stars because of late submission, then I have no job so far

Yes 1 low score and you can go pretty much into the drain. That's how the feedback system works out there.

I can totally relate. You have to work really hard on writing skills to remain relevant on fiverr. One bad rating and all things can collapse.

Sure you can but these days they are going through the OTP method with phone. So that can be pretty much a pain to do all of that.

Not necessary. It's only when you change IP to another country is when the new paypal account is required.

I don't even bother with those tricks. It can be pretty painful if you ask me. I do it just as much genuine as I can. This multiple accounts and then getting fiverr gigs is not for me.

Not sure what you mean by that question. I try to find payoneer and other payment options. I tend not to rely on paypal for the payout.
