I prefer to do online banking and wallet transfer. The reason being that mode of action is lot easier and better for those who wish to transfer quickly and do the transaction.

With wallets, it takes lesser time to pay and transfer than what we take on Internet banking.

I agree then again we have to only keep some amount of money into it and not all. That's what I'd suggest in such case.

We don't need to put all the money in Bank as it won't be a good option to withdraw all the time for petty needs

Well banks are more secure than paypal. Because you can take bank accountable and file case. You can't do that with paypal.

There is no payment processor where we can save our funds and withdraw when we want as most of the times money is auto withdrawn to bank

I don't use many wallet as need to deposit money into it first before spend it, I still prefer credit card, so I can spend the money of bank first before I make it payment on the due date.

PayPal is also registered and well known company, you can also file case against them if you know the right channel to follow in case they do anything wrong.

But that is not how it works. Many people got their accounts closed and funds frozen and even with court cases they didn't get money back.

These days a lot of platform is available for cash transfer, bill paying and recharging. SO online banking has taken a back stage. I do it to check balances or to create FD online only.
