I am using freeBTC option I earned when I rolled. Here my total earning is more than 4000BTC. So I think these 552 is also BTC.

Yes these are satoshi but site write it as BTC

This what we have to understand.
Many faucets call LItoshi, Dogetoshi Gwei(ether) etc as satoshi too.
