Hello! I have talked to many people who try to make extra money or make a living online. Most of them do not try trading. Of course, it is risky, but they even have not tried to learn it. I have recently tried with a small amount of money and got three times more. It is not about luck, it is about education, logic, and experience.
Have you tried trading? What was your experience? Or are you a person who believes that trading is not for you? If yes, could you explain why?

I have been into stocks trading and Mutual Funds. Yet not in a very big way. I do it whenever I have funds. I have had benefits- especially from Mutual Funds, though for me it is additional income only.
I Tried Options trading as well. However, I got a loss in that and have not tried that again.
So positional trading-long to medium term and Mutual Funds only for me.

Business trading is tantamount to risking and losing. People are afraid to put their money in trading for they don't want to risk and lose their hard-earned money. Once you are in, that means you are ready to lose your money but if you are consistent and good investor, your hard-earned money will be doubled and even tripled.

These things are valid for any business for that matter! But for trading the factors quoted above in my post are very fluctuating in nature which are beyond the control of human beings that makes the business of the trading bit more risky. Yes, fortune favors the brave! So it is the people who take risks are making good money in this business of trading!

But you might have invested in Mutual Funds?

You need to have a strong understanding of the market dynamics to be successful in trading. It is not so simple as it seems to make money in trading. There are people who have suffered heavy losses, because they took wrong decisions. Only after making profit can one really be confident.

I think it's reasonable to see that people have lost a lot of money and time in trading. And for that reason trading needs to be moderated for sure. And scammers need to be removed.

Trading is always risky and nobody likes to part with money and that's why they are scared of trading.

I hate to take risks in areas I have little or no knowledge. I have very little understanding of trading in financial markets and keep away from those. I am very uncomfortable with the volatile nature of the markets. Besides, I have also seen people incurring huge loses when the markets suddenly collapse. I do not have the cash to gamble, nor the interest to learn more in this area, hence the decision to stay away.

Trading need a lot of understanding about the market and to get that you need to learn the basics of trading. DOn't take it as a part time job, trading need full time attention.
