Be always nice despite the admin or other members are not that nice to you. If you can't work with that kind of person then you will leave the site fair and easy.

Well of course the attitude of admin and moderators matter a lot to me. I am hoping we can feel like we belong and most specially like family as well. Of course that is aside from the earnings that we get too.

These days I am going for any site with 5 dollar payout. It helps a lot in that context.

Is it not reliable on payments, pay rate or the availability or work? I feel motivated when we can see more work and high pay rate for those with weekly payments at least.

Earlier I used to get excited to visit and try a new site as soon as I came across one or was recommended one. Now I wait for few more feedback and definitely a payment proof is must. I do not want to be spammed.

Most new sites especially paying site don't last longer before they turned scam, so one needs to be patient and do background checks before joining any site
