Thank you @sam for your useful and informative post. Listing gigs is the only way to make sales. You need to give a proper title and desctiption. Use keywords on the title and description and then promote the gig on various platforms.

It is good to have couple of friends on Fiverr,if you would like to make your first sale there.They can order from you gigs,and give you positive reviews,which can help you to get more clients.

The starting price on fiverr is $5. However, I believe you are charging too low for a job like creating a website.

I am not on Fiverr, however, I know what Fiverr is. In order to earn on fiverr, you will have to sell a product or service. If you are new, selling is very difficult.

A new seller can attract customers only by offering services for a low price. You cannot create a gig for less than $5. Many people are charging $5 for one 500 word article. You can lower the price to 2 articles for $5, so that people are attracted to your offer.

It a good strategy but some could under rate the article cos of low price though larger percentage will want to check it out

lowering price especially for articles might bring unserious people since people believe more money means quality, I think so
