Hello, just a random topic here. I enter giveaway's on games, hardware, and software, and for some additional ForumCoin's . So, do you frequently enter giveaway's, and how frequent do you enter them ( approximation ).

I enter giveaway's to get some free stuff online because I think spending money not earned online on online stuff is kind of wrong.

It depends on my mood. If the give away is interesting and I want it then only I will participate, other wise I dont.

But how about if there is a request for your name, birth date, email, and address? Would you use the fake one or the real one, just a random question here .

Depends what the potential 'prize' is. If it's only $1 for filling out an hour survey, it's not worth it in my opinion.

I guess, but I'd rather just go out and earn some other way than waiting for a giveaway

Haha, giveaway's are just some freebies for you ( well, if they don't sell off your information ), although go out and earn something is better to be true. One bird in the hand is worth two birds in the bush.

Giveaways are usually a waste of time, but I do enter them occasionally. I have won games on SteamGifts.com but that's the extent of my luck.

I agree, though out of a lot of giveaway's I think I only won like, two? My luck wasn't that good xD

Not really. I will enter giveaways if I have free time and want the actual item. One of my friend enters a bunch of FB - mostly- giveaways. He's won a few things: Ed Sheeran tickets, A big sushi platter etc. Recently he gave me the Charli xcx tickets he won. I suppose it proves you have to be in to win.

Never I see it as a waste of time and probably somewhere in the fine print in the terms and agreements they give themselves permission to spam you
