No you cannot use multiple accounts neither you can use your own account from a different location/country. I was denied access to my own account from a different country.

It's true that you cannot use your account in a different country, but you can create another account and use it on the same device. Simply by signing up using another smartphone/PC other than the one you signed up for your first account, and you will be able to use both accounts freely.
