Re: Earning from watching videos

I am not aware one can earn by watching videos. This is going to be one of the simplest tasks to do online. I hope the pay aren't too low. Now that I hear about Perk TV I am going to try it out.

My experience with this site was terrible. Earning was slow and it just wasn't for me.

I think they are trying to scam you by not letting you touch the withdrawal limit. That is really frustrating. Thanks for sharing your experience. I think we need to be more vigil on such sites.

Vigil is not for all international users. But paid2youtube is definitely a very slow earning site and bored too. I mean how can a people can stick on computer, lappy to just watch the videos and we earn just view cents after watching lots of videos Its not worthy.

Virool is quite popular among many GPT sites however, I never get any vidros from them. Could be my  geographic location??
Thank you @Tdc06 for mentioning youperk. Might as well check it out.

I used to work on a site called Mypaidtube.com. The earning is slow but all you do it watch vids and go through certain levels. I didn't like the fact that paypal rejected them so you had to cash out through Perfect Money and some other way that I can't remember. I don't know that I would recommend it as I never cashed out but if anyone is interested they could take a look.

It seems to be the same case with me too. I am registered on a couple of sites that has virool videos but never get a single one for myself. Maybe not for Indians! :(

Sometimes it has notes saying you need to watch until the end, sometimes when you hit the link and view it, even if you click the exit already it is already counted. Here's what I do sometimes, if I do not feel like watching, i just let it open on the new tab and mute it. I will check on the site again after a while and click exit when it already ended. Beware that paid to watch videos have questions before you get paid, I experienced it before so sometimes you really need to watch it.

I have noticed that. More of them now say "points credited when you watch the video through to the end." I think that's pretty clear. You have to watch the whole thing, and some of them are just too long to watch for a measly one point. I skip the really long ones, unless it's something highly interesting or informative that I wanted to see anyway. Time is money.

I have never considered watching videos to earn online because I'm very easily bored LOL Plus I'm not the sort of person that would think to fast forward to get through them quicker. But the way online work is currently looking, I wouldn't be surprised if I found myself considering doing this in the near future just to score a few $$$ **deep sigh**. We're well and truly scraping the very bottom of the barrel :(

What I think it's not going to be possible to fast forward the video and be credited. Take a look from some of these PTC sites before you are credited that unit of a cent they will make sure you spend the time watching the video. I sure think same principle is going to apply here.

@chikitta how do you watch first, middle and ending parts? Do you forward the video? Do you get credited?

If getting credited is an issue, I don't want to send my bandwidth for nothing.

I was feeling exactly like this a few days ago. We have to be positive though! It's got to get better, right?

Watching videos is slow for earning. It can sometimes be a nice break between other things (while still being able to earn a little bit).

I've signed up for some of the user testing stuff. I'm waiting to hear back now. I think it will be a good pick-me-up (especially since they seem to pay better than the average site these days does). I'm going to think positively that there will be enough work to make it worthwhile. :D

Funny I was never able to earn money on those sites, earnings were always too slow and would take an eternity to get the minimum amount to get paid. I always watched the videos till the end, well I let them play doesn't mean I was watching them all. Does anyone know a good site for me to try this again?

Can you post some international sites that allows users to watch videos and pay? Because I have been searching for it in the internet but couldn't find a legit site. For now I watch videos in Clixmine (PTC site) where you have to keep open the video for sometime and do a captcha and earn the credits.

I think most of such sites have either ads or the YouTube view generator. In such case the earning may not be that high. maybe in cents like we get from posts. But still it is worth having I guess. It may not be much but worth having in the amount.

This is a safe strategy.
If I had paid video watching tasks in my locality, I'd use this method.
