Re: I Received My First Payment From UsabilityHub!

I don't know which method of checking they use, but it's really annoying their style of working regarding the payments, as well the communication. They should notice their users through ToS they have to wait a century for $20, and not only 7 working days.

Well, it does say in the FAQ that it will take longer during busy times, but yeah, they're taking a really long time. It's been over three weeks for me as well. I haven't emailed them yet, but I guess I should. I saw no way to contact them from the account area, so I had to look up the site and go through there to even find their contact info.

See, based from the responses of everyone, they are depending on someone's payment, on how long they payment arrived for their payment to arrived. So this time, we are looking at Simonex's payment to reach her and we will depend on her payment time period once we cash out from the site. They really should change the payment threshold.

True, we all sit and wait for the next person to get paid.

That's a good idea. Maybe they should change the minimum. Unfortunately, they'd probably raise it higher instead of making it lower, and then they'd just take longer.

Maybe they should start checking answers as they're submitted instead of waiting until each person has 200 that need to be checked.

I was paid this morning with the complete amount I've requested, I mean $20. It happened on the 35th day after redemption, and after I sent them an email saying that I will leave this site due of non payment. Finally, $20 are into my PayPal account.

So maybe they pay you after they read you will about to leave the site, do they need to be told like that before giving your payment? I hope that is not the reason at all, just assuming in here because they are giving me that kind of impression.

Glad you finally got your payment @simonex. But 35 days is too long to wait for it. I am still waiting on mine, but it has only been 15 days. They need to revamp their review process so that people do not have to wait a month or more before getting paid. People need the money which is why they are working so it is not right that it should take so long. It is bad enough that it takes forever just to reach the cash out threshold.

Oh wow, @simonex....CONGRATS!!! Although it must feel like a hollow victory for you, the long wait has no doubt taken the shine off the payment, which is such a shame. I'm happy for you :) It also gives us all hope for the future.

My sentiment exactly, thisnthat....why don't they just check the answers as and when they're submitted?! It would certainly make things a lot easier and result in quicker payments!

Yep, I got paid too. I didn't have to wait as long as you did, but it was still rather lengthy (nearly a month). I'm glad they are paying though. Now, I will probably continue with them.

I just wanted to post an update that I did get paid this morning. It was just over two weeks, so not too bad. I'm nearly halfway to my next payout now.
