I am news savvy I'd choose to visit news and information blogs first. I like being current with happenings at both local and international scenes. I think also like reading how to make money blogs.

Now that I just joined BlogJob, I have another reason to visit others' blogs, as it's to support each other in BlogJob and hoping this will also attract others to visit mine as well.

I actually tried doing this yesterday and came across a very nice site with a similar niche. Have contacted them with almost no hope of getting any reply from them.

I read blogs which inspire or teach me, it should be of my interest.Example I read blogs which discuss about money making that is my personal interest. I love the interaction and being able to help as well as being helped.

It is my interest related thing. So if any blog is having posts related to my interest then I will surely follow it. In fact I am following few blogs on the regular basis. As they posts almost everyday, I visit their blog daily.

The blog should be easy to navigate that would make me stay and read. The content is just secondary for me as I read almost anything. Of course the site should look trust worthy and clean. Not much ads to begin with.

I would read a blog if there is any strange information on it. I am very open to getting information or news from any angle. If a blog or site has a reputation for occasionally publishing stories not very correct or over bloated I may stop reading from such a site.

Ha ha.. Even I skip those big posts. But if they are my interest related then I don't mind going for them.

Whatever we read, it is surely depends on our interest. If it is not our interest related then we will get bored easily, and in the end we will go for that close button.

i dont own a blog and i only follow one blog nowadays. i think whats important is to make sure that its something people would want to read everyday. and knowing how to bring traffic once its up and running.

Oh, this is so true. I hate overly long, pretentious, articles. Don't wax philosophical for days, just get to the point, lol. Well, that's how I feel about most general information topics anyway.

With important topics, I like a good deal of information, but it also needs to be presented in a way that is engaging.

I prefer they don't try to lead me along for an entire page before getting to the good stuff.

I agree that layout matters. Sites that look pleasant and nit too crowded are the ones I linger longer on.

I particularly read a certain blog site so as to learn what political topic is trending.

Even though this blog would be reasonably classified as 'gutter press', I enjoy reading the interesting comments of various political commentators.

I also like a site whose use of English or language is free from grammatical errors and with moderate to high vocabs or terms. I like a site whose information are concise, meaningful and straight to the point.

I read blogs that contains information I need, I don't think I've ever visited a blog straight by typing it's url, I've only get to it from my search query, so if I am looking for something and I find it on a blog, I'll read it and that's it.

I am following few blogs. Where I can type directly their url for opening them. If I found my interest related blog, I used to follow them and read their all posts.

Regular update of the information and informative things in the blog will make the readers to come and visit the blog frequently
