The caterer did justice to the menu we had for that party on December 21. I sent him a recipe for paneer pulao which I picked from You tube I also gave him the idea of serving cake with custard as a dessert

The menu had egg cutlet, rumali roti, chicken curry, mushroom pepper, paneer pulao, raita and cake/custard dessert. .

The chef at this bash scared the hell out of the street with his epic menu. The paneer pulao and custard cake brought a festive vibe while the chicken and mushroom enlivened the spirits of the foodies. Everything exuded incredible flavor and made the event a heroic affair.
