Thats why I prefer msg. Why I use MSG? Because MSG is actually lower in sodium, it's actually healthier. You don't need to put a lot of MSG to make your food tasty. But you know, racist American researchers back then are threatened that Chinese cuisine had been defeated by American diners so they make a racist claim that MSG is bad. But MSG is not bad. If you eat mushroom, mushroom have MSG. If you eat tomato, tomato have MSG. So there's nothing wrong about eating MSG. Even your body have its own MSG.It's just racism of white people from the 1930s who tried to demonize MSG and the whole world believed the crap. its good in moderation

I use MSG every day. I don't have high blood pressure. I have healthy kidneys. I have a healthy body. I have no diabetes. I have no cancer. I'm pretty much healthy. I never had UTI problems because I stopped using salt. And if it's hard for you to trust MSG that much, a good alternative will be mushroom powder. It's just dried mushroom that is powdered. It's basically natural MSG. Or fish sauce.

I have no issues with salt and would therefore not want to change it It is a habit started from the time may be when I was a baby. High BP is to do with high bad cholesterol

The trick is to find a balance because too little salt is dangerous for the animal in the street. Hyponatremia causes confusion and weakness in the body until death. The important thing is to use the right amount of salt so that the blood pressure does not rise and the body does not die of dehydration.

When these symptoms show it is difficult to know the cause unless one has a blood test done

The truth is that too much salt causes high blood pressure by drawing too much water into the blood vessels. Although bad cholesterol clogs the arteries, salt is still very dangerous for your heart health. It is important to reduce its consumption now to avoid serious health problems in the future for your safety.
