Being in the attitude of gratitude makes us forget the challenges we have to face. Our mind is engaged in appeciating what we have been blessed with.

And this attitude helps us maintain good health. Mind and body works in tandem Worrying does affect one's health In any case worrying does not help solve porblems.

Time they say is a diffuser that reduces the intensity of any problem that one has to face

Hope you are always in the attitude of gratitude.

This is perfectly clear. Gratitude is like a lamp in the desert. It shows you the way even in the dark. With that spirit of gratitude, challenges diminish. The mind and body work together well. Stress stays away. Worrying doesn't change anything. It's like trying to catch the wind. As the Chinese say, a long journey begins with one small step. So if you maintain an attitude of gratitude, little by little, life becomes easier and health remains strong.

Being in the attitude of gratitude is to look for blessings even when one is challenged.

Having an attitude of gratitude is like looking towards the sun even when the clouds are full. When you overcome challenges, you still look for small blessings and that gives you the strength to move forward. Life has light even in the dark.

It is like an Indian princess sitting in her palace seeing flowers growing in the desert. A Chinese proverb says that a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. If you keep gratitude in your heart, every step becomes easier and blessings appear without even being pushed and life becomes sweet.
