It's now owned by a corporation, not a family. That's the reason why they're making a lot of money, but they changed the recipe so it does not taste the same. So they can fight inflation. But what happened is it changed the flavor. It's not as delicious as it used to be. And in the United States, KFC is now being beaten by Jollibee and Church and Popeyes.

Maybe it depends on the country where the KFC is located. In America, I don't like KFC anymore. They have KFC in The Bahamas, but I haven't been there in a while.

All I know is, you know, it's a popular ingredient in many queries. And yeah, it really works well with me. But, because it's expensive in the USA, KFC tried to be cheaper and replace it with other additives they can use. I think that's why Colonel Sanders' nephew shared the recipe. So people who wants to experience the real recipe can experience it at home. Because the original recipe is not used anymore.
