I don't think passion without business skills is enough. But if you are brilliant at something, you can be very successful at it without having the business skills yourself. The business still needs the business skills and knowledge, but that can be sourced through working with someone else.

Skills combined with passion can make a business successful. But one needs to have love f0or something in order to make it a success. Without love, many businesses will end up failing.

You have a good question!
Indeed, passion is the first essential ingredient – it allows you to endure and be patient. But, in light of reality, passion alone is not enough. It is like a strong boat but without windows. Business requires strategies, financial management, and understanding the market so that passion is not just a dream, but a novel of real success.

Strategies are the skills than the dream that passion can be.

You spoke the truth! Talent alone is not enough without business knowledge, but collaborating with experts can make dreams come true. Know your strengths, seek help when you need it, and don't hesitate to collaborate. Success is built on collaboration and shared knowledge.

Having passion for your business is good, but I don't think the business would be able to survive on that alone.

If hands-on is source of information how about school learning? I hear practice makes perfect which is why many people who didn't even go to school at now professionals at some jobs.
