I like some of them like dish washing, ironing and taking garbage out. Some other chores I don't mind, but there are some that makes me nervous

Yesterday night, I pitched and organized the kitchen fridge. The fridge was immaculate. However, I then had a sink of alot of dirty stuff to tend to but needed a siesta. I did not get up until this morning! I had a meeting to go to early this morning, and did not get home until afternoon. Yay! I then accomplished the dishes!

I have a bunch of scrap fabric in the living room needing to be placed somewhere. I do not look forward to taking the scrap fabric to the basement as the steps are narrow.

My roommate has a ton of stuff in the living room. Do I ever tell her what to do?

I need a few mochas! ;) ;)

I like some of them and don't like others. But I keep doing them on regular basis so that they don't get piled up and become overwhelming. I have household help and a cook( recently after my surgery I hired one), but still I havd enough to do. The cook is a big help, he makes one meal of our breakfast and does preparations for lunch and dinner. It's then easier for me to cook them later

There is an acquaintance that stops by and always "inspects" our house! I never go to her house and never tell her what to do.

I was telling my roommate that I want our house to be "livable".

It can feel like a never-ending cycle. Finding ways to make chores more easy to do, like, listening to music or something else can lighten the load a bit.

Organising things in my bedroom is fun, and it feels satisfying to see everything looking put-together. I tend to get distracted by finding old things I'd forgotten about though, and then I waste away my time looking at them instead of getting the real work done. I hoard a bit so there's always a lot of treasures I find.

I understand completely! I may seem like a hoarder as my roommate makes myself place everything that she doesn't want in the house in my bedroom office! grrrr

Lately, my chores have seemed unending.

The chores have still reduced my writing hours.

House chores is not my favorite thing to do but I really enjoy seeing my house tidy and clean. Sometimes I find that chores relaxing while there are days that I can't stand them, I guess it depends on my mood.
