Today, I found a box containing Colombian coffee K-cups and another box of Caramel Creme coffee K-cups that I had hidden for safekeeping!

Yes, in the last one month, I have replaced my evening tea with coffee.

Yesterday, I had 2 cups of McCafe and got a splitting headache. Maybe because of being ground coffee? I am used to K-Cups

Coud be. Ground coffee can hit harder than K-Cups, specially if you're not used to it. Maybe try a smaller cup next time and see how it goes.

Yes. Daily three cups! It is always the decoction (filter) coffee for me .

Lately 2 -3 coffee per day is normal dose.

McCafe is evil. The drink really does give myself headaches.

To prove it, today I had Swiss Colony Holiday Blend Christmas coffee which was so so so good! No headache at all!

I used sugar and cream too!
