Like I say people like bad persons. Good people are boring. How many tweets you can find about some mathematican or astronomer? Astronomer would be popular only if he discover Armagedon or become astronaut.

Why would you say the person he killed deserves to die? No one has the right to take the life of another unless the state. I know that Trump won't free him for anything. He can stay as a celebrity from a life sentence. We don't mind.

Large companies are no different from other large organizations including the government. Many decisions get made and you can't put all the blame on the person at the top.

If that was the case, we should have kicked Ronald Reagan out of office.

When the Iran-Contra Affair blew up he said he didn't know. (He changed his story later saying he KNEW that it started with good intentions, but he didn't KNOW it had gotten that bad. Uh-huh.)

Per Oliver North, they intentionally kept the president in the dark, so if something happened he wouldn't be blamed. Uh-huh.

HE WAS THE FRIGGING PRESIDENT!!
If you could keep him in the dark about that, what else could you hide from him?

Strangely enough, the American people excused the POTUS and painted North as a PATRIOT, albeit a misguided one.

(I can only imagine the mayhem and chaos that might take place during the Trump administration with him saying: “But I didn't know!” And then later: “It started out right but ...” Then the finishing touch. One of his loyal cronies falling on their sword to take the blame for him.)

You say the CEO killed people.
Other folks say he was trying to make positive changes in the insurance industry,

Is this a battle of the “paint brushes”?

We will NEVER get to hear the CEO's story from his mouth. Mangione shut him up!

We never got to hear Lee Harvey Oswald either. Jack Ruby shut him up!
Jack Ruby said he did it because he was a patriot. Well! At least he got to explain himself!

No doubt, Mangione will say he did it for a "noble cause" too.

BOTTOM LINE? LUIGI MANGIONE IS A MURDERER.

THIS MATTER IS NOT OPEN FOR INTERPRETATION.
(Not in my book.)

Of course, I expect Netflix to try to cash .

But as for his mother's reaction? I could be wrong but ... if her son was suffering from mental illness, she would likely show him sympathy and try to plead for him and get the public to understand him. But if she threw him under the bus, she probably figures he has no excuse and he's on his own. Don't look for helo from her.

Some bakeries said that some people are ordering birthday cake with Luigi Mangione's face. That's how popular he is right now.

Americans have been wrestling with the Insurance industry for a long time. We already knew the insurance claims process was against us and people with bona fide health conditions were having their claims denied. But we also know there that health insurance fraud is pretty widespread.

When insurance companies DENY coverage, calling medical treatment "experimental" and "not medically necessary" – those denials should be flagged, investigated, and EXPOSED, if necessary.

In USA we already have federal and state agencies set up to monitor the insurance sector. But are they doing their DUTY?

Killing the UHC CEO? Tell me EXACTLY … what is the link between Mangione and that guy? His mother already said they didn't even use that insurance company.

Sure! UHC and other major insurance companies are now getting a lot of media attention and coverage.

But the media is as fickle as the mob.

What Mangione did was POINTLESS, not PRODUCTIVE.

Was that not already done? What was achieved by it?

In Ireland, it sometimes seems that, senior people in industries such as finance, insurance and banking can act with impunity. Sometimes they get caught, get a slap on the wrist and maybe pay a fine out of their ill gotten gains. Then things settle down, until another scandal is exposed and the process is repeated.

In USA, you could say insurance companies can get away with murder.

There have been major cases that resulted in restitution for affected policyholders and also established legal precedents but the insurance industry remains corrupt.

IMHO, they're no different from organized crime syndicates. You can take wise guys to trial and put them in prison, but that's not going to get rid of organized crime. Those cases just make them think of other ways to get around the law.

Even so, people should challenge them. That's why we have a justice system. That's why we don't go around shooting people in the back!

He might be fighting for what's right, but he did it the wrong way, and this doesn't make it right. People need to be honest, I don't get how people support things like this.

That's terrible! But I am not shocked. The netizens live in a la la land and many a times they create so much noise for all illogical things. Being hot should not give you a free ticket and power to abuse and misuse the law and system. No wonder there are people who justify terrorism too.. many terrorists have good looks and some have fancy degrees too.

It shouldn't. But the Menendez brothers had women trying to hook up with them when they entered prison. And there are some criminals who don't get notoriety. There was a female prison guard who helped a hot guy prisoner escape. Guess what happened. The police caught them. She killed herself. The guy just threw up his hands and let the police take him back to jail! It's clear that he just went along for the ride. I'll bet he never thought they would escape from the law. But the freedom was fun while it lasted. That woman was an idiot!

Well, people supporting him for his hot looks are just idiots. I went to research and read a bit more about him online. Yes, there were millions who suffered from the policies and many who lost their dear ones. That steep hike in cancer medicine was cruel for so many. Even he was one such sufferer whose family suffered. And if we trust these online sources, they claim that he tried to raise his concern through mails to the concerned authority but they were all ignored.
This case should raise some awareness and thoroughly debated. Can policies go so inhuman to provoke these kinds of action? Can citizens who take law in their hands ve celebrated like heroes? It's tricky situation and everyone needs to introspect.
