Popcorn Buckets

Postby Netherrealmer » 28 Nov 2024, 21:02

One of the things Cinemas do now to convince people to watch movies are collectable and reusable popcorn buckets. A lot of big hit movies have unique popcorn buckets.

This popcorn bucket turns into a diorama for Gladiator 2, once you ate all popcorn which makes it a good display or decoration at home.

Wow, I hadn't seen those before, they look cool, especially the Colloseum one. I'd imagine that they are quite expensive to manufacture.

This is so cool, but hope this won't make them increase the price of their tickets for a movie?

They are slightly more expensive than regular disposable popcorn bucket as they are collectables. Will probably have higher value years from now to collectors

I can positively confirm we don't have them in Botswana. I visit the cinema regularly and we get pop corns in the normal buckets. But those ones look really cute. Maybe one day we will get to have them. It would be nice to bring them home as souvenirs

I've seen those- though here usually collectable drink cups rather than popcorn buckets. Never bought one because I don't want to collect a lot of plastic junk (well, more than I already have in my house). It seems to work well for them though.

The cost of popcorn is separate from the cost of tickets.

These unique reusable popcorn buckets not only add a fun and tangible memory of the movie experience but also encourage sustainability by reducing single-use containers. It’s a win-win: fans get a cool keepsake, and theaters promote eco-friendly practices.

This is America. Can I throw a collectible popcorn bucket and stop a mass shooter?
Mass shooting. That's what I think about when someone mentions going to movies.
Mad world. Sad world.

It is ideal for movie fans like is that are collectors. Any movie that would offer this in my country would surely have me as a patron. This is really good marketing strategy.

Take it from me, those popcorn buckets are aesthetically beautiful and if I am at a cinema, I don't see the possibility of not being swayed to see a movie just because of those buckets.

Some of them look like they'd be hard to wash, so that's a bit gross if there's butter on the popcorn.

First one is great. It could be a gift for Gladiators fans. Maybe cinema should share some for first viewers of Gladiator movie.

From what material is made? Is it from paper cardboard or ceramics? Ceramics is much heavier so I guess cardboard?

Transforming a popcorn bucket into a diorama for "Gladiator 2" adds a unique and creative twist to movie merchandise. Once the popcorn is gone, you’re left with a piece of art that doubles as a memento from the film.

Imagine the diorama featuring a miniature Colosseum scene, complete with tiny gladiators, Roman spectators, and a detailed backdrop of ancient Rome. It would be an eye-catching and conversation-starting piece for any movie lover’s home decor.

All of them look interesting. I watched Red One recently on Amazon Prime Video.
It is a good watch at home.
Their collectable fare is quite a good one.

I liked some others as well.
