So should this be something people do for free or get paid to do? Discussion Bucks does have a way to submit articles and be paid for them. It is on hold right now, but I am going to look at bring it back once I get sometime under my belt as the owner. What type of subjects on these articles?

Yes, article writing on the site for excellent and creative writers would not be a bad idea. it would help to also grow the forum

Yeah but you earn more as your level increases. So keep posting to grow to a better level

Once you level up, the earnings definitely improve. Keep posting, and you'll see the benefits.

Clear the Air:
I want to reassure a few things that I have already commented on.
1. I want to let everybody know that withdrawal dates will also remain unchanged. So the 15th and 30th are what I am going to stay with.
2. Also, I do not intend to start over from scratch. I am not resetting everyone's D-Bucks back to zero.
3. Devin will not be leaving; he will continue as an admin and lend a hand.
4. Devin and I are in the process of transferring everything to my name. Due to my week-long absence and some issues he's encountering, the transition is taking slightly longer than anticipated.
Things to Come:
So now I want to give a list that is coming to Discussion Bucks. I am not going to put a time frame on this list. Since we are still moving over to me. But here we go.
1. The current 7 posts and 3 threads per day at full pay rate will remain unchanged. But I have decided to move the daily earnings limit from 10% to 20%. You can create 7 posts and 3 threads per day at the full pay rate before your pay reverts to 25% 10% 20% of the regular earnings amount.
2. Job Marketplace will be moved into the Marketplace. This will allow us to streamline job postings by using thread prefixes for better organization..
3. Revamping the Marketplace to more of a classified ads system. This will be an interface for members to post and manage classified ads (For Sale, For Rent, For Loan, For Trade, Free, Wanted, Service, and Job).
4. Enable the trophy system that is built into XenForo. You can earn points (Not D-Bucks) by doing various activities on Discussion Bucks.
5. Earn more by redeeming trophy points for D-Bucks.

Just as I talked about in the Official Discussion Bucks Statement (New Ownership & Other Topics) under the Things to Come area. Number 4 I talked about enabling trophy points on the forums. As of this morning, I have completed the task. Currently, when you visit the site for the first time since the activation, you should receive alerts indicating that you have accumulated some points. So you earn by posting and by every year you are a member. This is just for now. I may add other ways to earn them later.

Redeeming trophiy points I plan on starting November 1, 2024. I just need to figure out what each trophy point is going to be worth. What I mean is every 1 point going to be worth 0.01 in D-Bucks. So that would mean every 100 points would be 1.00 in D-Bucks. More to come on this

There is no new pay rates. You have to work yourself up the ladder to earn a maximum of 20 cents daily. If you are not in the highest tier, you would not earn that.

All withdrawal requests for October 31, 2024 have been done.

Also, some site maintenance on Friday, November 1, 2024, starting at 10:00 PM UTC (6:00 PM Eastern Time). During this time, the site will be temporarily offline.

As promised, the 10% will be moved up to 20%. And you will be able to cash in your trophy points for D-Bucks. I am still undecided about articles.

Yes Admin thanks for the quick payment. it is good to always have ones pay after work
