I have set and forget ads that bring me referrals and I just let them earn for me.
I don't have PayPal (their main processor) so I let it build up to over $50 and he sends it to my CoinBase account.

It's from monthly referral commission. It's free to join with an optional upgrade. They have some great splash pages that I advertise on the website in my signature here.
