Yes, I still count calories with
www.myfitnesspal.comI still allow myself 1, 200 calories every day.
However, instead of buying canisters of Slim Fast, I prepare my own homemade protein smoothies. Simply blend eggs, peanut butter, milk or water. For a little taste, I include some jelly also or zero-calorie sweetener or something of your choice. I saw a woman online including vanilla wafers blended in her smoothies. So, even cookies are good!
I logged in my food diary for today last night, yet probably am not going to consume all of the food. This is good. Usually, I prepare myself for the day's food but do not end up consuming all of the food.
