I am very frustrated.
Have you ever had an internal server error and if so, what did you do?
Thank you.

Send them screenshot with full screen so they can see browser, url, date and time. Also ask somebody else from website authors to do same.

By the way, the website authors seem noobs (being a software professional myself) as they could have handled the case in the browser itself and show you a message instantly when you upload the wrong file format, instead of allowing you to submit the form.

Sometimes hosting will cause that issues. But sadly, there comes no warning ahead. You just wake up and see it when you visit.Spontaneo wrote:Thank you. Everything has worked out. Thank goodness.
Hopeful it was due to high traffic or an attach thus having the database unlinked. But good he is enjoying now.freelancermariagrace wrote:Maybe the site has a glitch. Maybe you can contact the administrator because the problem is on their end. I hope it will be fixed immediately so you can submit your work.
