No, it is not hard to shift to iOS from Android, however, from my experience, I think iPhones are significantly more efficient than Android. For example, many applications on Android are not coded specifically for one device but to cover a wide variety of devices, as so, it cannot be coded efficiently enough for one model. But on iPhones, things changes as all of the applications on the App Store are specifically coded for the few Apple products.
Besides that, iPhone can also share things and do connection using its OTG cable as the same on Android. Apple products ( including iPhones ) also benefit from the regular software updates and upgrades compared to Android. On some manufacturer's, developers choose to only make a few versions of software updates available for a certain model because there are too much models to maintain ( For example, there are only 3 software updates and one software upgrade for Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 according to what I know ). But on iPhones, there are at least 2 software upgrades and more software updates before it is not updated ( For example, iPhone 4S received 4 years of software updates and upgrades which is until the release of iOS 9 ).
