@sprite1950 I've always been interested in the Hard Sciences ever since I was a kid, most prominently Earth sciences and Astronomy. Wasn't til I grew up that I realized that I was merely blinded by the sexy stuff and failed to acknowledge the nitty gritty math-y bits.

Geology was the more feasible choice because of the mining and petrol industry.
Still love it to bits though, despite my allergy to maths.

Most likely in the mining industry because of the reasonable salary and availability of work, but I might move on to the petrol industry, since it's considerably less work for a lot more pay. Both areas come with their own risks to personal safety, though.
As for books, I love fantasy in every way, shape, and form, as well as Sci-Fi. As for romance, it has to be really cute and anime-esque to catch my eye (Like "Dash and Lily's Book of Dares").
