I don't know if you are old as me. I am already 65 years old. I would be receiving soon my retirement pay. What would be the best thing to do with that money?

Depends on your liquid position. If you have enough then you can convert your retirement benefits into capital. May be part of it could go for purchase of land, debentures, shares, and bank deposits. You should enjoy part of it - may be go on a foreign holiday with your family

What languages do you know?

India is noted for its hospitality A guest always gets VIP treatment.

I know a few languages of them English and Hindi stand out.

I have heard that it's a lovely place to visit.

That's very cool. I've always wanted to learn another language.

Well, there you go. You were looking for something to write articles about.. something like this would work as personal finance or self improvement.

Real estate is a solid investment option, at least in my city. I don't know if you could build or purchase real estate for guaranteed returns.

Good question

I have left behind procrastination of chores I hate to do. That will not happen in 2018

It is rare that prices of real estate will go down.
