Go to Myetherwallet and create a wallet. It's easy to use. But make sure you save the keys and password for it somewhere.

Is it web based? I heard the ones that we download in our computers are more secure. What do you think?

It says "this site can't provide a secure connection" when I click to create an ether wallet. Maybe I will try another option which is like a browser extension I just can not find that site that I bookmarked before.

MyEtherWallet is a secured site! Which browser are you using?

Yes.. Well, this is enough for small users like us. It is secured. You do get 2 versions of it - encrypted and unencrypted. If you want, you can use encrypted one, but safely note down the encryption key somewhere so that you don't lose your wallet.
